I found Lira Home Inspections through a recommendation on the Discovery Bay & Brentwood Facebook group. I was in need of a four-point inspection for new homeowners’ insurance after my father passed away. I reached out to Mitch and he quickly got back to me with a time and date he could come to my home and take a look at everything. My home is a secondary residence, so I was able to give him access without having to be there. He provided a thorough report and even sent me the drone footage his team shot for my records. There were some repairs I needed to make and Mitch, the owner of Lira Home Inspections, said he would be willing to come back to do a re-inspection for me if needed. He recently reached out to see if I was still in need of his services, which I appreciate so much. Thankfully after making some repairs, the new insurance company wrote the new policy without issue. I needed a mold inspection done quickly for my Client as we were in Contract. Mitch explained how the test worked and the lab's process.
