I needed a mold inspection done quickly for my Client as we were in Contract. Mitch explained how the test worked and the lab's process. I was in need of a four-point inspection for new homeowners’ insurance after my father passed away. My home is a secondary residence, so I was able to give him access without having to be there. He provided a thorough report and even sent me the drone footage his team shot for my records. There were some repairs I needed to make and Mitch, the owner of Lira Home Inspections, said he would be willing to come back to do a re-inspection for me if needed. I called Lira Home Inspections and asked for help with my carpet. The owner came out personally and cleaned my carpet so good. It looked brand new and he was so polite and respectful. He went above and beyond. Ill definitely be a returning customer!

Mitch came out to do mold testing for me on an emergency basis. I called that day in afternoon and he was able to accommodate me on the same day based on situation I was going through.
